I’d bet that a substantial fraction of Americans live within the catchment area of some higher education institution. There is vast untapped potential for universities and colleges as drivers of economic growth and social progress.

Spoke with @PhilMcCausland @NBCNews about the negative impacts of the termination of TAA, one of our only major national programs to help workers cope with economic shocks. We need to be preparing for more economic disruption, not less. Congress should act to reauthorize.
