Teachers attended first 8 hours of 40-hour Course 2: Progrmm & Integ. of CS today. This is 1 of 5 courses required to fulfill CS Authorization teaching credential. They programmed 4 robots using Omnibots, incorporating variables, inputs, and outputs. @hlpusd @ucdcstem

Lassalette Elementary celebrated the grand opening of its new inclusive playground on Oct. 18, bringing students, families, and the community together to mark a new space where children of all abilities can play, connect, and thrive—side by side. Thoughtfully designed by Dr. Mayra Helguera, Executive Director of Special Education, the playground features wheelchair-accessible swings, sensory play areas, and an inclusive merry-go-round, ensuring every child feels welcome and supported.
