Using high repetition plyometrics for conditioning is quite possibly the worst and most misguided fitness trend of all time.
Especially in previously (or currently) injured, sedentary, and/or overweight populations.
Elderly man: I switched from the Guinness to Murphy’s years ago.
Me: Why was that? Is there much of a taste difference?
Elderly man: Not really. Doctor said the Murphy’s is pasteurised, easier on the system.
