"I spoke to Meta the other day and they said you need to be posting 3-5 times per week on Instagram" NO YOU DON'T 😤 Even the Head of Instagram, Adam Mosseri, doesn't actively recommend this. Last year, in a Q&A, Adam said there are no magic rules. It's gotta be aligned with what you want to say and with what you want to get out of Instagram - that could be posting once a month or twice a day. It depends what you're trying to get done.

When’s the best time to post on social media? For me it’s 8:00am-3:30pm and after 8:00pm Why? Those are the hours my son is in school and after his bedtime. Sometimes making social media fit into YOUR schedule is more important than any sort of algorithm boost.
