Today, I have a customer, a large enterprise we've all heard of, asking me for discounts because they want SSO but they don't want to upgrade, and then I have another customer, a startup I've never heard of, self-serving themselves onto an enterprise tier because they want SSO.

Not a bad price tbh
I want GitHub except all the issues are just me reviewing the code on master and adding nits everywhere so I don't forget to do them on Monday

This migration is set to save me almost $25k a year so far. Insane win.
The end of an era.

The decades are short. Today marks 10 years since Keygen's first commit. If I could tell myself 10 years ago where that commit would lead, I don't think I'd believe it. Building Keygen into what it is today has been one of the most surreal and meaningful experiences of my life. It's cliche, but it doesn't feel like it's been that long, yet at the same time it's felt like my entire life. From idea, to first dollar, to side project, to full time self-employment has been such a fun journey. Doing it all solo has been at times a dream, and at other times a regret. I feel very proud of what I've accomplished by myself. Many people told me that I couldn't do it, but I kept believing in myself and in the idea, and I did do it.

When an outlier success in any field tells us how they learn and train, we’re tempted to copy it. But they’re also preternaturally talented. What they need to spend time on, and how, is unlikely to work for you. Outliers are inspiring, but not object lessons.

Added networked proximity zones, with a threat level based on number of players inside. Can be used by level designers to indicate hostile areas via environmental effects e.g. lighting, or even trigger things like audio tracks and enemy spawns.

Token spend is the new ARR and it makes me want to leave social media and startups forever.
