Booked my ticket through @makemytrip, which was changed by them without my consent. I have been chasing @makemytripcare since April 21, but still no resolution and loads of false promises.

Still waiting for it. Every time I call @makemytripcare, they ask for the preferred date/time for the flight and promise to get back within 24- 48 hours and disappear. Such a horrible display of customer support.
