Speaking in parliament, Radklao said she had received complaints from affected employees who are still being denied basic welfare rights available to married couples. She said the law took effect on Jan. 23, 2025, and citizens should not have to wait for bureaucratic delays or outdated regulations to receive their legal entitlements. Radklao called on the Finance Ministry and Labour Ministry to explain why welfare regulations for civil servants, state enterprise employees and workers have not been updated to comply with the law.
