Look at the timestamped events. Before that, here is what you need to know. 1. Those switches don't turn off on their own. 2. A pilot turned them off. 3. The cutoff switches were turned off 3 seconds after takeoff (in 1 second) 4. Took them 10 seconds to turn them back on

The effort to turn on the engine wasn't instant If someone turned put the switch off, they would immediately turn it on (under a second) becuase they KNOW it powers the engine. The fact that there was a 10 second gap tells that one pilot did it, and the other noticed it later.
