Quite pleased with this piece of work. No hospital implemented the pathway fully but we found that using a multifaceted approach to improvement and having support to collect @NELANews data was associated with more care processes improved. qualitysafety.bmj.com/conten…

This thread gave me a warm fuzzy feeling and also brought tears to my eyes. Kindness is in short supply sometimes. But when I’m kind, everyone wins. Happy Friday everyone 😺
My 23rd patient today was a toddler with a cough and runny nose. He has been having symptoms, off and on, for three weeks. Mom is so tired. Her friend's son went to urgent care, got an antibiotic, and got better. This mom would like one for her son, too. 1/7
