added GroupsControl to KernTool4 extension for @roboFontEditor. Now it is possible to work with kerning groups: automatic conflict resolution, editing kerning pairs and margins related to groups, checking for language compatibility. Available as KernTool4 update in @RFMechanic

Uses CircuitPython and KB2040 Kee Boar to read dial pulses and send USB HID.
