Cooked up some Italian sausage, let it cool, then tossed it with sharp cheddar, cream cheese and some sweet-heat Blackberry Skirmish hot sauce. Stuffed it all into hollowed-out jalapeños, wrapped 'em in bacon, and finished over coals.

Gunna do an experiment later on today.
Had some beef stew meat I needed to use so I decided to marinate them with some spices and hot sauce for a day, gunna toss them in my new oven on dehydrator mode and make little beef jerky bites.
Can't wait to try these!

I think I am going to complain about data centers by posting on FB and twitter and signing an online petition. Maybe I will order an "I hate Data Centers" t-shirt from amazon and send money via Zelle to the orgs fighting against them. That will teach them
