The reason why HIV cases are on rise is becuz union govt has been holding on subsiding Pre exposure prophylaxis for HIV, as they don't want to "promote" gay sex, inspite of knowing that it would cut down HIV transmission by >90% in all subgroups.

My heart breaks to see crass Modi demolish Udyog Bhavan to build his pet Gujarati architect's ugly Central Secretariat Bldg. Bhavan was pride of Independent India's Indo Saracenic art, Rajasthani Chhatris & Chhajas blended with Europe's Beaux-Arts and Neo-classical architecture
