Senator Abubakar Sani Bello Appointed Chairman, Senate Ad-Hoc Committee on Alleged Religious Crisis in Nigeria
Niger North Senator and Chairman, Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs, Distinguished Senator Abubakar Sani Bello, has been appointed by the President of the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Godswill Akpabio as Chairman of the Senate Ad-Hoc Committee on Alleged Religious Crisis in Nigeria.
This all-important committee, constituted to investigate and proffer lasting solutions to issues surrounding alleged religious crises in the country, represents a critical national effort aimed at fostering peace, tolerance, and unity among Nigeria’s diverse religious communities.
Senator Sani Bello’s appointment is a testament to his integrity, fairness, and wisdom among other qualities that have consistently defined his leadership and public service. It is, therefore, no surprise that he was found worthy to chair such a sensitive and nationally significant committee.
