Me : Most have little situational awareness (i.e. no maps) and hence strategy is just words. The worst, blame execution (i.e. others) for their failure of strategy. The worst of the worst, blame culture for the same.

Fabulous session with the healthcare research group. Finally narrowed it down to 4 areas of investment that seem to matter - AI? IoT? Telemedicine? Robots? VR? New Drugs? ... diagnosis, standardising data, auditing to health outcomes and quality of data.
