So they put us in the other bus to move us down the road 5 miles and put us back in the first bus. What a joke. @megabus @MegabusHelp

Finally got us in a new @megabus and moving. Took almost 2.5 hours. We've only been traveling for 30 minutes. @MegabusHelp

Hey @Megabus, if your bus breaks down 30min from origin, maybe send out a new bus instead of making us wait 2hr for a mechanic.
