@UWS_Sport Sport Management & Enterprise students have spent this term applying taught content into practice with the Tenner to Tons challenge run by @SSF_Futures. Groups were given £10 and tasked with turning this into as much money as possible. Over £500 was raised for SSF. 1/2

And congratulations to Chloe and Emily who were judged as the winners of the challenge. Not only did Chole Emordy and Emily Murray raise just under £150, but they did so in a creative way delivering athletics sessions as well as making and selling bracelets. 2/2

It was great to see the students embrace this opportunity for applying principles learned in the classroom into practice and raise money in the process. Looking forward to seeing what entrepreneurial ideas this year’s students come up with.
