While this sounds about right from my experience, one factor we're not taking into consideration is how little time doctors and nurses have these days to spend with each patient.
And even that more than half of that time is spent on paperwork and repetitive routine which should be automated in order to maximize the amount of human touch and empathy caregivers can provide in person.
