A moment to shout out the incredible teacher leaders at @BentonHeightsES. Leadership Day included a staff-led session to share about our learning around standards-based WIGs. Early results are so exciting. @AGHoulihan @jamiespinks @boatcandice

Yes!
The most important thing to get ready in your room…IS YOU! Kids are going to walk in and see their name and know if they are supposed to be in that room. Then they’ll look at you…and know if THEY BELONG. Just got to take care of each other. #LeadFromWhereYouAre #1minwalk2work

The staff @BentonHeightsES came to mind immediately when I read the photograph. I observed team members helping others win on the daily. Very proud to know and learn with them.
There are two types of people: āž”ļø Those who compete against others. āž”ļø And those who compete against who they were yesterday. The second group? They’re the ones who lift others up, share what they’ve learned, and believe success isn’t a pie. There’s enough to go around. If you want to win, help other people win. Let’s be those people.āœØšŸ’Ŗ
