Jasmine Crockett, who tonight also lost her Senate primary to James Talarico, CBS News projects. Haynes is now favored to be the next representative of the heavily Democratic district. The longtime Dallas pastor leads Friendship-West Baptist Church, one of the region’s largest Black congregations.
