TLDR: Coffee = 👍
Men & women 37-73 who drank between 1.5-3.5 cups of coffee/day had up to a 30% ⬇️chance of dying from any cause during the study period vs those who didn’t.
The more ☕️ people drank up to that limit, whether caffeinated or not lowered their risk of ☠️
