Ordered food via
@Swiggy at 7:28 PM. By 8:20 PM, still no delivery, so I called the assigned delivery executive—no answer.
Called customer care; they also tried reaching him—still no answer. They then assigned a new delivery executive.
I called the new one, and he told me the restaurant had already handed the parcel to some other delivery person and refused to give it to him again.
Called customer care again and explained everything. The agent said that since the order isn’t marked as picked up in the system, they have to assign yet another delivery executive.
It’s now been over two and a half hours. We gave up, cooked our own dinner, and ate, but the order still hasn’t arrived.
When I asked to cancel the order, they refused and said they’ll charge the full amount with no refund.
@Swiggy, this is unacceptable service. Please look into this immediately and process a full refund. Order ID: 225467893917887
