Thanks @cineworld in Broughton for ruining the imax screening of the most anticipated movie of 26. I’ve seen better quality VHS viewings from the 80s. #themandalorian was not in high definition tonight, stopped three times, bad quality for most part, no refund offered

Really couldnt make this crap up by @HotpointUK now three visits where an engineer assigned and failed to attend to repair my washer dryer via @DandG_Global insurance policy.

Another 2 hours getting nowhere with @DandG_Global and @HotpointUK complaints who think its acceptable to have to wait another two weeks for 2 missed appointments due to engineer not actually working the days he was due to visit (22 and 24.12).

told by @DandG_Global a new repair agent would be assisting, to be then told by the new repair agent (who were helpdful) they cant pick the job up as @DandG_Global are saying as the job started by unreliable @HotpointUK they would have to finish the job.

Was told on Tuesday as I was going to cancel the order that delivery would be made on Wednesday. Was in all day waiting for the delivery, no call, no delivery, chased via contact centre no callback till yesterday and item still hadnt been delivered by supplier wtf

@DFS why sell items on “express” delivery when you cant commit to delivery within that 14 days? Ordered 1st June and still nonsign of my item. Customer service gave same update they gave on 14th June that there is a two week delay. Using trump style in two weeks response now?
