Apps offering advice on topics like anxiety, depression, stress and sleep are now available as part of a digital Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing campaign.
The Department supports the campaign alongside Digital Health & Care NI.

Research from @UlsterUni in partnership with @OrchaHealth has found that user ratings and download rates are an unreliable indicator of quality in digital health apps.
