Just found this. journals.plos.org/plosmedici… It is now the 5th replication of no relationship between pre-tx expectancy and response to psychedelic therapy. Please be aware of the expectancy-myth re the action of psychedelic therapy. It has no direct evidence base.

every single trade i made for years i was trying to retire on. i'd enter a position with 30-40% of my account and a number in my head: "if this hits $4m i'm out." anything less wasn't worth it. so i'd ride a 3x up. then watch it round trip. because a 3x didn't get me to my number, and selling early "wasn't worth it." did this an embarrassing number of times before it clicked. a 3x banked is rocket fuel for the next one.

Following President Trump’s directive to accelerate medical treatments for serious mental illnesses, FDA announced major steps to support the development of serotonin-2A agonists & related products—a class of medications historically referred to as "psychedelic" drugs. ✅ National priority vouchers for psilocybin (for treatment-resistant depression and major depressive disorder) ✅ National priority voucher for methylone (for post-traumatic stress disorder) ✅ First-ever noribogaine study authorized for alcohol use disorder ✅ Advancing guidance for sponsors developing these products Learn more: fda.gov/news-events/press-an…

Same point here. I think this is the main takeaway. To say it simply: on face value, Compass are still on track for approval, having played the game well.

New data from @COMPASSPathway is out. Here are my key take aways: · COMP006 met its primary endpoint – obviously 😉 · Clinically meaningful response rate jumped from 25% to 39% with two doses. This is the strongest signal that retreatment adds value. As I’ve mentioned in previous interviews and blog posts, particularly with psilocybin, I believe that some patients can, to a certain extent, “resist” the experience during their first session. Those same patients often feel safer and more familiar in subsequent sessions, which allows them to let go more fully and engage more deeply with the process. · Retreatment can push partial responders into remission. In COMP005's 26-week data, >40% of participants who had a clinically meaningful reduction but weren't in remission at week 6 achieved remission after a second dose in Part B. · Durability looks promising. Remitters showed remarkably stable remissions out to 26 weeks, and partial responders also maintained sustained partial response. This is the best commercial argument vs. Spravato's chronic dosing model. · Safety profile is clean and consistent · The "minimal support" design may have capped efficacy: Compass deliberately stripped back psychological support to isolate the drug effect for FDA. Management is now openly acknowledging that real-world clinicians adding evidence-based psychotherapy back in should yield even better outcomes. · Regulatory timeline: Q4 2026 NDA submission, early 2027 launch In short: an excellent drug that brings long-needed new treatment options to patients in real need. That said, with each new dataset it becomes clearer that while Psilocybin / COMP360 is likely to be the pioneering molecule in this space, as the field matures, next-generation treatments with shorter duration and potentially much higher efficacy - such as @ataibeckley's BPL-003 - may become the preferred standard. Also, AtaiBeckley's BPL-003 (5-MeO-DMT) and VLS-01 (DMT) fit much better into the "2 hour Spravato window", as they have the same or even shorter duration. $ATAI $CMPS ir.compasspathways.com/News-…

"AI will generate all the code, and senior programmers will review it" is basically a mantra at this point. I'm fortunate enough to know a number of top tier programmers personally, and precisely 0% of them want to spend their time reviewing AI generated code (myself included)
