Good example of using needle positioning to protect vulnerable structures during image-guided cryoablation of #kidneycancer. By pointing toward the colon and visualizing the iceball, we can confidently treat without having to use hydrodissection in this case. #IRad

Patient with biliary obstruction and jaundice due to #PancreaticCancer after failed ERCP. Interventional radiology (#IRad) accessed the ducts percutaneously using imaging guidance to place a biliary stent. Total bilirubin went from ~14 โฌ๏ธ ~3 the next day, allowing for discharge.
