I had a Very Bad experience with @Hertz over Thanksgiving.
This is what happened & the letter I wrote. We are totally fine, & our Thanksgiving ended up wonderful, but I suspect this is a fraudulent business practice, & I want to give it visibility for those who don't or can't.

@bestbuy @BestBuySupport ordered an item, supposed to be delivered yesterday, now it says delayed/expected end of day today. But it’s going the wrong way! FedEx shows it was damaged and being returned to shipper, yet Worst Buy has not even contacted me! Need the item ASAP!!!

.@united Your MileagePlusShopping program is a joke. Ordered shoes on LLBean.com via clicking link thru MPS. They were too big, exchanged them using order form in the box. Same brand, price, & method of payment (United MP Explorer card). You won’t award me my miles!

.@jcrew_help More stellar customer service. Ordered Storm Navy shoes and received the wrong color! And I don’t even see the Storm Navy shoes on the website anymore! Called. On hold for 30 mins and counting. Ordering online is suppose to be convenient, not a hassle. #jcrew

.@united I booked a flight with United, then found out the day before the flight that Air Canada was operating it (which was never previously disclosed), and today I was awarded 525 miles (vs over 2000 miles I should’ve received) because it wasn’t a United flight. Not fair!
