So, "X" has been informed of the offending account. The local authorities have been notified. And the FBI is getting involved because of the death threat. I am not messing around.

I have spent an hour on chat with @BigCommerce support trying to get help with no reasonable resolution in sight. Frustrated for my client and at the amount of time it's taking to be told there is no resolution for my issue except to repurchase a theme.
