Big emotions that come up at work are not inherently good or bad. Even on the Executive Leadership level, how we relate to emotions and the story we tell ourselves will make us feel better… or utterly worse.

Reframing the good effects of “bad” feelings helps you to be less hard on yourself. Next time you have a big emotion at work, ask yourself what is my body trying to tell me.

I've rarely observed that the hard part of making good software is actually programming skills: it's usually getting people to work well together and share the same thoughtful goals. Will LLM/AI for coding improve this? Hard to see how. Perhaps it will make it more obvious.
