Cool and easy #PhysedHack. We started using bounce castle balls as a safe alternative to ‘Birdies’ 🏸 . Ss thought they were a bit harder to track but the larger size made up for it. Check out @opheacanada’s safety guidelines for more info. #badminton#Tennis#Pickleball#Physed
Andrea and Sumayya are SickKids moms.
They met for the very first time on this set, but their shared experiences as moms to children who've spent time at @sickkidsnews meant they instantly understood each other in a way no one else could.

As we approach Mother's Day, we'll be sharing more of these powerful conversations. We hope you'll join us as we celebrate the strength of these women and the unbreakable bonds they share.

Saskatchewan is home to Treaty 8, 10, 6, 5, 4 & 2. Spent the day @ @PHECanada Culture Camp. Fred is an Elder, and patiently taught me how to make this birch bark basket. This basket is a folded design cut, folded & weaved together with split pieces of the roots from willow trees.
Today was just amazing being able to facilitate @YorkUKINE Ss demonstrating the skills they’ve learned via @opheacanada#Disability Centred Movement resource. They did a gr8 job co-teaching & learning w/ high school Ss. Looking forward to another session in 2 weeks! #Physed#HPE
