Urgent: I am part of a class of aggrieved students filing a class action against upGrad. Our grievances include allegations of exaggerated promises, misleading ads, pre-recorded classes, and refund denials.
Anyone can join — even if you never filed a complaint, your case was closed, or you only sent a notice.
