An interesting review on MYC from our advisor @LabDfelsher. MYC is activated in many cancers but no direct inhibitors of MYC are approved yet. We are taking the #SyntheticLethal approach to target #MYC-overexpressing cells and are advancing the MYC-SL program to the clinic.
