The biggest, most expensive, least accessible World Cup ever. The thing we love and all the beautiful pieces of it we’ve lost.

A World Cup where half the world aren’t allowed in?! Only Trumps America could make a tournament involving 48 countries hosted by 3 about them. Everyone should just walk away from this farce, America should be banned from the next World Cup. It’s a pointless charade.

Hope Luke Littler is getting as much support as he possibly can. He’s still a teenager and every week he gets abuse. Some will argue he’s brought it on himself, but goodness me I’m sure we’ve all made some mistakes at that age.

I love the darts but it’s been a hard watch for much of this PL series. Thousands of drunken me turning up every week to boo an 19 year old lad? Seems a bit odd to me, LL might have been a bit of a knob but who isn’t when they’re 18?

Having read Gareth Southgate’s leadership book recently, I have a different reaction to this @England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 squad announcement to others. So many factors apply to these decisions that we’ll never know about. The manager has to face media questions that he can’t alway honestly answer, knowing full well he’ll be vilified. E.g in GS’s book, he wrote about two players who’d declined a call up for friendlies. We had no idea and he’d have been slated him for not selecting them. All opinions are valid, but remember Tuchel has to pick players based on a variety of factors, not just whether “he’s a better player than him”.
