Really sad to see @ScotGovFM Nicola go. I can absolutely imagine how knackered she must feel with everything after such a long time doing what she does, but I always felt like Scotland was in such safe hands with her. Feeling a lot of trepidation at yet more uncertainty.

Being busy is really good but so is not burning out and collapsing in a heap. For that reason I am spending today on my own, not speaking to anyone I don't need to and not doing anything I don't want to do. #SelfCareSaturday. It's important. Reminder to look after yourself. π
