#Epeeps who perform #CNA. LA peak frequency is valuable to find candidate GP sites beyond fractionation, especially for LI/LSGP, which are harder to target anatomically. Here peak frequency pointed to two regions that had HFS and vagal response with ablation. @PennEPFellows
Supraventricular arrhythmias can be ablated from the RA near the NCC without the need to go inside NCC. Catheter stability can be achieved with GA, high frequency/low TV ventilation RA and/or RV pacing. ICE = 👀 (Clip 1 with stability, Clip 2 without) #Epeeps@DrFerminGarcia

What causes these localized anterior pinwheel 📌🎡 flutters? Is the substrate formed by a dilated aorta, aortic calcification, wear and tear from constant mechanical pounding of the aortic root on the LA anterior wall, or something else? #EPeeps
Excellent rendering software by Abbott helping visualize the farawave catheter, significantly reducing fluoroscopy requirement for PFA using farapulse.
