During our vacation, @arcdigital found out he was part of the HashiCorp layoffs.

hey @googlecloud if you actually want to beat AWS/Azure, maybe let your customers use the credits you've given them without having to jump through a ton of hoops and inane questions. I just want to create some more N2 VMs. Never had this issue with AWS quota requests.
