So @2degreesmobile appear to have destroyed my latency over a BOVPN across town with their network "upgrade" - was 2ms home to office, now 20ms. Support's suggestion after escalating was "restart your router." I'm skeptical but will try when I've got a gap.

"Great" support from @ring.... enter a chat, ask if a cable is compatible. Answer: "No." Ok, so what one is compatible "Here's a link" which included the cable I asked about. Pointed that out, and got the "if there's nothing else I'll end the chat" response. Hopeless.

Hope the pizza is still good, sounds like more stuff has broken and can hear someone who I'm guessing is a supervisor telling other staff off. Think there's a lot of stress here!

Easy fix for this Auckland Airport thing. Just have airlines move their hub operations to Christchurch and downgrade Auckland to a regional airport. Simple.
