UPDATE 3: Called @airtelindia custcare again.The guy told me the same thing as the previous guys.Someone would be in touch within 4 working hrs. It's been 8hrs since the first guy said this. Ghost karke jhoot bhi bol dete hai bhai @Airtel_Presence waale

The new guy from @airtelindia said someone will be in touch today within 4 working hrs. 'Aaj hi' he assured me. This was at 6pm. I asked what time the working hrs finish. He says 8pm. 'But that's less than 4hrs', I pondered. To which he replied- (cont..)

UPDATE: The local marketing/sales head in Parel, Mr.Rane has also stopped replying to my calls. Last we spoke, he sounded very lost and said the engineer isn't picking up his calls either. I repeat,this is DAY 3 of broadband being down. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

UPDATE 2: Still nothing.None of the technicians have responded. I've been told by 2 different Airtel custcare folks that the team will connect with me in 4 hours.We're nearing 6 hours now.The disappointment I'm feeling with #airtel is real. Big telco really doesn't give a shit.
