l think a lot of millennial women are quietly grieving a life they thought they'd have by now.

constant movement, physical work, purpose, community built into every single day
we removed all of that replaced it with screens, sitting, isolation and processed food then acted surprised when our minds started breaking down
we don't need more medication we need to rebuild the conditions humans were designed to live in.
