Remember this on @BBCNews ? @ExmouthBRC part of @surflifesaving on #ChristmasDay performed a major 1st incident. Keeping it in the family a member who had come through the club now a paramedic came on scene for a full handover from Dad! Great work to all.

Noticeable rise in bluesky users in recent days. Journalists have been there for a while already. Now, it seems academics are coming in large numbers.

This morning, we are able to share a Child Drowning Update for 2024.
The report highlights evidence from @NCMD_England which shows that the number of child drowning deaths in England has doubled over the last four years. No child should drown.
