Twelve defendants have just been sentenced to 54 to 82 months in jail for rioting and other minor offences over the storming of LegCo on July 1, 2019. Starting of points of sentencing are 6.5 years, 6yrs9mths and 7 years for 3 tiers of “seriousness” found by Judge Li Chi-ho.
