LSDPC Signs Joint Venture Agreement to Build Duplexes in Lekki The Managing Director/CEO LSDPC, Hon. Ayodeji Joseph signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Annuva Homes Limited for the development of a new residential estate in Lekki, Lagos. The development will consist of 33 units of 4-bedroom duplexes with boys’ quarters to be constructed on Plot D, Government Land Allocation Scheme, located along Platinum Way, Igbokusu, Jakande, Lekki. The land measures approximately 8,193.540 square meters. At the signing ceremony, Mr. Ololade David, Managing Director of Annuva Homes Limited, signed on behalf of the company.
