Update - @swiggycares escalation team called. Agreed that the concern was genuine, that they don't have any systems for rescheduling in such cases *yet* and that they are working on it. In the meantime, I have to forget about the order and the money. I am not surprised.

.@Swiggy I placed an order on @SwiggyInstamart today. That was before the rains. I reached the support to reschedule it for tomorrow for the safety of the delivery person. Looks like there is no care for a person but just for the system.
