For 24 hours, a woman was chained by the neck inside her own home.
Her husband allegedly burned her with a hot iron rod, beat her & dared her to seek help. She finally reached a police station bruised, bleeding, exhausted, with thorns in her feet & the chain still around her neck.
This wasn't a marriage. It was captivity.
