Here’s a look at new Memphis 6’7” wing Tylik Weeks. - 99th percentile in USG% (30%) - 99th percentile in FTA per game (8.0 FTA) - 92nd percentile in FT% (82.3%) Production was there last year scoring 19 a game. Shooting numbers were inefficient, mostly due to taking a very high amount of tough shots (81.4% of jumpers OTD). Touch is definitely there though (82.3% FT), and that’s a big indicator of shooting abilities. So, I wouldn’t worry too much about his shooting splits from last season. A lot to like about Weeks’ game. A huge pickup on the wing, and it gives Memphis more than 1 creator on the court… something that they didn’t have the luxury of having last year.

Tylik Weeks is a classic Memphis Tiger. I expect him to be really good for them too. Can create off the bounce, awesome athlete, and gets to the paint free throw line. The shot looks solid too. I bet he shoots it decent from 3pt next year.
