I'm not anti-bazungu as some people would like to suggest. I just hate injustices against Africans. Personally, my favourite countries in the West are Sweden (the country that gave us refuge in the 1980s), the UK (the country that trained me as a soldier), Italy a good friend of Uganda, France which is always looking for good relations with us, the Netherlands, Ireland and Belgium.

Being open and the time has nothing to do with the explosion going off, would rather be concerned abt the warning by U.k govt to it's people living in Ug and what was the response that would otherwise have culminated into averting disaster and above all loss of innocent lives.
