The SaaS debate from david steinberg on @basispointpod was interesting, his take is basically that $ZETA isn’t really a SaaS company, it’s an outcomes business. Customers pay for ROI on marketing spend, not a software licence. That’s a very different model when budgets get squeezed.
They’re a software company, marketing agency and AI platform all in one
30% compounding, 17 straight beat and raise quarters, and Athena (their AI copilot with OpenAI) hasn’t even fully kicked in yet.
