Her statements also have the effect of casting suspicion on central investigative agencies. When a member of a party publicly questions the credibility, intentions, or effectiveness of her own party and institutions associated with its anti corruption narrative, it only creates confusion among party workers and the public. Therefore, appropriate disciplinary action and counseling should be considered. Constructive criticism is one thing, but publicly making statements that undermine the credibility of one's own party, its leadership, and the institutions it relies upon can be damaging. Ironically, while attempting to embarrass and discredit Mr. Annamalai, she appears to have ended up damaging the image of her own party instead. The truth about Annamalai’s ‘exit’ from the BJP may not be easy to digest. My take:

@narendramodi was promoting tamil language across the globe while his tn unit leaders were at the lotus feet of alliance partner .

I wish Annamalai well. He has every right to pursue his political career the way he wants. However, one should always be honest. To say that national party cannot speak the language that people in Tamil Nadu understood is intellectually dishonest. No one has reached out to Tamil hearts and minds more than PM Modi. If this was political rhetoric, one understands since KA will now have to take anti BJP position to create a space for himself but let’s be honest that this is a dishonest statement.
