I think he might need some slight adjustments to his burst damage but he’s pretty manageable
No, Cyclops doesn't need nerfed, you all just need to learn to actually adapt to the enemy team. There are multiple counters to him and unless you're CCed the ult is avoidable. This isn't to say he isn't strong, he's a VERY strong character, but acting like he's unstoppable is-

Tbh he probably is more annoying because of how he can ricochet shots off of corners to finish low health enemies. You can really pull off some dirty kills with him

Listen, I watched a ton of let’s plays as a kid for a million games I couldn’t afford, but to act like you are an authority on really anything about something you haven’t played is genuinely larp. Imagine saying “I read the sparks notes of The Great Gatsby and loved it”
A good number of the people you're raging over are children whose parents won't buy or cannot afford to buy a console the game for them
