Customer just took his boat out of the river and noticed one of his tires was flat. We received the dispatch and within 20 minutes we were on location to fill up his tire. With the quick response the customer was able to get his boat over to the shop before closing time. #nj

It is such a nice feeling when customers actually appreciate the hard work you put it. I'm glad we were able to diagnose their vehicle and find out that they did not have a bad battery or alternator "which is what was suspected' it looks like it was just a bad negative terminal.
