Homelessness can feel intractable in the Bay Area, but it's incredible what @SCCgov has accomplished over many years of hard work in partnership with @DSTNHome. Still so much to be done, but it's worth celebrating the impact on 000s of people's lives and the whole community.

The @SCCgov team shared this slide at our CoC meeting yesterday (we consistently measure our collective progress against the Community Plan) and it’s notable for a few reasons. 1) the magnitude of people who have moved into homes in just under 4 years is 8,392 (👏🏼👏🏼) AND 1/🧵
